Center for Children and Youth with Special Needs is free institution for children without special needs (brothers, sisters, neighbors). Pre-school and school institutions in Trebinje  organize the integration projects.

Professionals working with children and parents from Association went through education in centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Monte Negro, center "Zastiti me", Institute for Speech Impediment and  Institute for Muscular Dystrophy of Banja Luka, Center for Children and Youth with Special Needs Travnik, centers: "Nazaret", "Sveta Obitelj" and "Ros Rosales" Mostar, Institution for Children with Physical Difficulties - "1. jun", Podgorica. Lecturers at performed symposiums where experts from: Institute for Mother and Child, Belgrade; Institution for Psycho-Physiological Defects and Speech Pathology, Belgrade; Center for Interactive Pedagogy, Belgrade; Center for Autism, Belgrade; and Institute "Dr Simo Milosevic", Igalo.

The most important domestic donors: Municipality of Trebinje, Center for social Work - Trebinje, Orthodox Church Eparchy Zahumlje-Herzegovina and littoral, Hydro Power Plants on the Trebisnjica River (Trebinje), Power Utility of the RS (Trebinje), Children Protection Fond of Republic of Srpska, Secretary of Sports in Government of Republic of Srpska, Jovanovic Family etc. (see page Donors)

Volunteers included in programs of Association are: students of High school, students of Fine Arts Academy, activists of Red Cross Youth, a number of parents, experts from Center for Social Work and volunteers from VSO program.

Association have a good cooperation with familiar associations from BiH and surroundings, occupied with same problems of children and youth with special needs. Cooperation with other NGO from BiH is good. Association is number of East Herzegovina Referent Group.

Summer vacation, excursion, seeing of cultural and religious monuments, sports competitions as a part of Special Olympics of BiH, parties in Center for Children and Youth with Special Needs (New Year, birthdays etc), visits of poets and actors, music performances etc.
